Why BLEP works for dogs with sensitive stomachs
We start with real, whole-food ingredients that are washed, prepared, and sealed into retort pouches before being gently cooked inside the pouch itself. Unlike ultra-processed dog food, nothing is lost in the process. The cooking sterilises any microbes inside, and because the pouch is already sealed, outside microbes cannot reach the food. Proteins break down for easy absorption while retaining their full nutritional value. No chemicals, no preservatives, and each sealed pack stays fresh for 12 months in a cool, dry place.
What makes BLEP different for sensitive digestion?
- 100% natural ingredients
- Gently cooked, not extruded at extreme heat like ultra-processed dog food
- High moisture content that supports hydration & smoother digestion
- Zero soy, zero wheat, zero chemical preservatives
- Short, transparent ingredient lists, what you see on the label is exactly what is inside
- Meal-size portions (100g, 200g, 300g) to prevent overfeeding, a common cause of soft stools

Days 3 to 4: 25% BLEP, 75% current diet.
Days 5 to 6: Mix equal parts of both.

FAQs
Q. What makes BLEP food easier to digest?
Every BLEP recipe is gently cooked at controlled temperatures inside sealed pouches, breaking down proteins for easy absorption without destroying nutrients. The high moisture content (70%+) supports digestion and hydration simultaneously. Every ingredient is human-grade, with zero preservatives, zero fillers, and zero artificial additives.
Q. Which BLEP recipes are best for a sensitive stomach?
Chicken Rice and Chicken Pumpkin are the gentlest starting point, as rice is highly digestible and chicken breast is a lean, well-tolerated protein. For dogs with chicken intolerance, Lamb Blueberry offers novel proteins that can reduce allergic gut reactions. When in doubt, start with a trial pack and introduce the new food gradually.
Q. How long after switching should I see firmer stools?
Most dogs show improvement within 7 to 14 days of a gradual transition. Follow the 9 to 10 day transition protocol: mix a small proportion of BLEP into your dog's current diet and increase the ratio slowly. Abrupt switches are the most common cause of transition diarrhoea, even when the new food is better quality. If loose stools persist beyond two weeks, consult your vet.
Q. Should I pair this with the SUPER Gut Booster supplement?
If your dog has chronic issues like persistent loose stools, excessive gas, recurring ear infections, constant paw licking, or frequent grass eating, the SUPER Gut Booster can help. The supplement combines prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, digestive enzymes, and targeted botanicals to support microbiome diversity and strengthen the gut lining. For dogs simply transitioning to a new food with no chronic gut problems, the food itself may be sufficient.
